HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS OR RESERVE SUBSCRIBER SEATS

(Purchasing Tickets Constitutes Acceptance of ALL Box Office Policies Listed On This Page)

(or copy/paste the following URL http://eldenstreetplayers.thundertix.com into your browser address bar.)

Online ticket transactions will receive an email confirmation upon completion of each transaction. NOTE: WE DO NOT  MAIL TICKETS.  All Tickets Are Held As "WILL-CALL" at the box office on the day of the performance until curtain time.  At curtain time, unclaimed tickets are released for purchase to any customers on the waiting list.

Online/Web Season Subscriber Reservations
Using the same button (or URL) listed above, subscribers will use individually assigned discount codes to make reservations for their pre-paid tickets.  The codes are generated at the time you purchase your season ticket.

There is one coupon code per season ticket. Entering the coupon code will discount the ticket price 100% and result in no charge to you. If you have multiple coupons enter the codes one at a time and hit the ADD button after each number BEFORE hitting CONTINUE. All the required fields must be completed to submit an online reservation and receive an email confirmation of your reservation. NOTE: WE DO NOT MAIL TICKETS. All Tickets Are Held As "WILL-CALL" at the box office on the day of the performance until curtain time. At curtain time, unclaimed tickets are released for purchase to any customers on the waiting list.

By Phone Ticket Purchase and/or Season Subscriber Reservations
Call our box office line at 703-481-5930 and select option two (2) for Main Stage Productions or option three (3) for Young Audiences productions.

You will be required to leave the following information to secure your purchase/reservation:
• Name (please spell the last name)
• Contact phone numbers both day and evening.
• Date of Performance (and time if multiple performances are scheduled)
• Number of tickets
• Type of ticket: subscriber, regular, discount (senior 62 and over or full time student

At this point subscribers may tell us they are subscribers and hang up. All others must provide the following information:
• Full address where your credit card is mailed
• Credit card account number
• Credit card expiration date
• Credit card security code (3 digit number on the back, or 4 digits on front of AMEX)
NOTE: WE DO NOT  MAIL TICKETS.  All Tickets Are Held As "WILL-CALL" at the box office on the day of the performance until curtain time.  At curtain time, unclaimed tickets are released for purchase to any customers on the waiting list.

At the Door - ESP does not maintain a formal box office other than a desk in the lobby of the theatre which is staffed one hour prior to curtain time.  We highly recommend advance ticket purchase/reservation as our small 114-seat house often sells out.  We start an in-person waiting list for unclaimed seats one hour before curtain.
