Frequently Asked Questions and Ticket Policies
Can I Buy Tickets at the door?
How do I buy tickets?
Where are the tickets I ordered?
I'm having trouble with my print-at-home tickets!
When do I need to arrive?
A show is sold out--is there a waiting list?
If you are unable to make an Advance Ticket Reservation online, please click here to view information about Tickets At the Door: Standby-Line Information.
Today's performance isn't showing up to reserve online--is it sold out?
No. If a show is sold out, it will say "SOLD OUT" when you attempt to make an order. We stop allowing Advance Ticket Reservations shortly before showtime, and any remaining available tickets may only be purchased in person at the door. If a scheduled performance does not appear among the list of performances on sale, only the standby-line option remains.Is there a Senior, Student, or group discount?
Yes, Senior and Student discounts are available for Season Subscriptions. We also offer discounts for groups of 20 or more tickets paying in the same transaction (for Main Stage Productions only). E-mail your group information and performance dates to group_sales@eldenstreetplayers.org for more information.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Sure! You can change your Advance Ticket Reservation for another performance of the same show (subject to availability, of course). Please use our Ticket Exchange Form to request an exchange. You will receive a new e-mail ticket confirmation for the new performance.
Is there reserved seating?
Nope. All seating is General Admission. Elden Street Players' Industrial Strength Theatre is designed so that none of the 114 seats are more than 25 feet from the stage. Every seat is a good one.
You may see "reserved" towels on some seats--we try to help those needing special assistance by saving some seats for those who can't safely navigate the stairs, use assisted listening devices, etc.
I need front row, disability accessible seating, or special assistance--what do I do?
Please make a note of your specific request in the "comments/requests" portion of your online order and remind us when you check-in. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before show time so we may accommodate you. Please contact the box office if you forgot to include the note with your order.
Examples of requests we receive:
- "Front Row" for someone in your party who cannot safely navigate stairs;
- Second row seating for a hearing impairment;
- Free-standing chair if our standard theater seat will not accommodate you;
- Wheelchair accessible seating (note: since there is only 1 wheelchair accessible seat available per performance, guests using wheelchairs are asked to transfer into a front-row seat if they are able.)
I would like my class of students to attend your production--what are my options?
We're happy to help your class attend our productions, either individually or as a group. We'll let you know who bought tickets from your class and our directors are happy to answer questions you send us from your students. E-mail educators@eldenstreetplayers.org for more information.
