Complimentary TicketsAll comp seats must be reserved by calling the box office and leaving a message on the reservation line. If additional tickets are requested along with comps, they must be paid for at the time of reservation. Cast and CrewEach person listed in the program as a member of the cast or crew is entitled to one complimentary ticket, issued to them by the producer of the show on paper (The producer is authorized by the theatre to not grant complimentary tickets to any person whose name has been mistakenly listed in the cast or crew.) Cast and crew members may use comp tickets only the opening weekend, or any Sunday or Thursday show. Comp seats must be reserved by calling the box office and leaving a message on the reservation line. If additional tickets are requested along with comps, they must be paid for at the time of reservation. Reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours before a performance are not refundable. Press/ReviewersPress reviewers will be granted one comp ticket, only on opening weekend. Advance reservations are requested and notice of cancellation appreciated. WATCH and Ruby Griffith AdjudicatorsAdjudicators will be provided one complimentary ticket for the adjudicator. WATCH Adjudicators are reminded that closing night is for emergency use only. Reservations are expected and we request that adjudicators identify their organization and "judge #" with any pertinent "alternate" information as necessary. Donations and Charitable OrganizationsOrganizations wishing to acquire complimentary tickets, must make a formal request to the Elden Street Players Board of Directors. These requests require individual approval by a majority of the board members. Requests should be made at least 45 days in advance.
