- SUNDAY May 14 from 3:30 to 5:30 pm (registration closes at 5:30 -
auditions will continue as needed)

AUDITION PROCESS:
- Cold-readings of cutting provided by the director.
Reading Accents Encouraged: must show a cockneyed accent or British upper
middle class accent.
- Prepare a song that best shows off your voice (not from the show),
preferably a ballad (except Narrator who should sing something upbeat but
not light).
- There will not be a dance audition.
Cast Requirements:
- 14-20 Total Cast Members
- Mrs. Johnstone-lower class mother (40-50)
- Mrs. Lyons-upper class mother (40-50)
- Mickey Johnstone-lower class boy (20's - the role requires
playing age 7-23) - Special Casting Requirement - resemble Eddie
- Eddie Lyons-upper class boy (20's - the role requires playing age
7-23) - Special Casting Requirement - resemble Mickey
- Linda-girlfriend (and wife) of Mickey (20's - the role requires
playing age 7-23)
- Sammy-older brother of Mickey (20's - the role requires playing
age 9-23)
- Mr. Lyons-husband of Mrs. Lyons and father of Eddie (45-60)
- Narrator-a bogeyman type-can be any age
- 6 young men and women (20's - the role requires playing age 7-25)
- 2-3 older men to play multiple roles (any age from 30-60)
- 2-3 older women to play multiple roles (any age from 30-50)
All roles are volunteer
positions.
