The next play to be presented by the Elden Street Players, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) is a brazen, fast paced frolic through Shakespeare’s entire repertoire. This longest running show in London theater history promises to capture, in one theatrical whirlwind experience, all the magic and genius of the Bard through the clever use of many bad costumes, ghastly wigs, and fractured dialogue. Our three overgrown pranksters loosely termed as actors, will attempt to present 17 comedies, 10 tragedies, 10 histories and over 150 sonnets in less than two, laugh-filled hours. Directed by veteran director Holly Harrington and produced by Rich Klare, both ESP veterans, the cast consists of Scott Bailey and David Sher, also ESP seasoned actors with a new face to Herndon, Allen McRae. Yes Bill… something IS rotten in Denmark. Join us June 4 – 26 at the Industrial Strength Theatre.

Directed by Holly Harrington

 Dates: June 4-26, 2004

Produced by special arrangement with Broadway Play Publishing.

ESP Productions are partially supported by a grant from the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
