So you want to be the "First Face" of Elden Street...Every community theatre tries to make sure the "first face" their audience members see reflects the spirit of the organization. For Elden Street, that "first face" is our Box Office, House Management and Usher staff. With five main stage productions a year and over 50 performances in all, we are always looking for responsible people to meet, greet and attend to our audiences before the shows and during intermission. Your commitment can be as light or heavy as your schedule allows, but we do need committed individuals. As with any role in the theatre, the show must go on, and we need our box office, house management and ushering staff to be there when needed. Service in house management, ushering and box office is rewarded with a complimentary ticket to see the production. No experience is required for ushering. House management requires only a little training. Box Office, due to the financial nature of the job, may require extended training and establishing a measure of trust with new members.
